Tours depart from the designated meeting point at scheduled times. Please arrive at least 30 minutes early to ensure a smooth start.
Important Information
- Customers departing after 2:00 PM are granted access to one island of their choice.
- Ferry Departure Locations: Ferries depart regularly from two locations: Battery Park (New York City, NY) and Liberty State Park (Jersey City, NJ). You may board at either location, but please note your return ferry will bring you back to your original departure point.
- Ferry Times Note: The time printed on your ticket indicates when you should enter the security screening queue, not the exact time the ferry departs.
- Strict Security Screening: All visitors must pass through airport-grade security procedures (including metal detectors and X-raying of personal bags) before boarding the ferry. Large luggage is not permitted, and items like pocket knives, tools, or self-defense sprays will be confiscated.
- Age Restrictions: All minors (17 and under) must be accompanied by an adult at all times while on the ferries and the islands.
- Footwear & Clothing: Comfortable walking shoes are highly recommended as the experience involves significant walking. Dress for the weather, as New York Harbor can be very windy and cold.
- Unused Tickets: Unused tickets are non-refundable.
