The time printed on your ticket indicates when you should join the queue to enter the Security Screening Facility — not a specific ferry departure time, and not your entry time into the Pedestal.
Important Information
- Customers departing after 2:00 PM are granted access to one island of their choice.
- All visitors must pass through airport-grade security procedures at the Screening Facility before boarding
- All minors (17 and under) must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 25 or older
- Unused tickets are non-refundable; refunds are only issued for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the visit date or if the islands are closed for security, safety, or weather reasons
